All orders are carefully inspected before shipping; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to review their items upon receipt. Any concerns must be reported within 5 business days of delivery and prior to cutting or installation.
Yes, we do! If you're located outside of the USA, feel free to contact us for a shipping quote. Please be aware that the recipient is responsible for any taxes, duties, and fees that may apply during the international shipping process.

Yes, our non-woven wallpapers are suitable for use in bathrooms, provided the space has proper ventilation to prevent excessive moisture buildup. However, we do not recommend using grasscloth in bathrooms with frequent use or in areas with showers, as it is not designed to withstand moisture. While some customers have successfully installed grasscloth in powder rooms with minimal humidity, we advise exercising discretion based on your specific environment.
Textiles
Lead times vary by product. Some of our textiles are stocked while others are print to order. Please see individual product listings for details.
We recommend working with a professional workroom or installer, as they can give the most accurate yardage estimate based on your specific project. Be sure to share the pattern repeat and details from the product listing. When in doubt, order a bit extra to account for errors or adjustments—future dye lots may vary slightly, and we can’t guarantee exact color matches on reorders. Please note, we’re unable to provide precise yardage estimates.

Custom pillow requests may be accommodated depending on fabric availability and our current sewing capacity. Please email sales@kellyventura.com with details about your project, including quantity, dimensions, and timeline. We’ll review your request and provide an estimate if we’re able to fulfill it.
For upholstery projects, we recommend choosing one of our wovens or performance fabrics, as they are designed with heavier weight and durability in mind. While some of our other fabrics can work for upholstery, their suitability will depend on the specifics of your piece and how it will be used. Many customers have successfully used our prints for upholstery, but some prefer to reinforce the fabric by knitting the back or treating the linen beforehand. It's always best to consult with your upholsterer to ensure the best outcome for your project.
All reproductions are created using archival materials on our Epson large format printer. The color and detail are very close to that of the original painting, which is something we strive for.
We can print up to 44" wide in-house, but will be happy to create a larger print if desired using a trusted and local print house. Please get in touch at sales@kellyventura.com for custom requests.
All prints are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS or UPS, in a rigid flat-mailer or tube depending on size. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and delivery. All international orders are shipped via USPS International First Class and normally arrive within 2-4 weeks.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Original paintings are shipped via USPS Priority, with tracking and insurance. All original work on paper will be carefully packaged in acid-free sleeve and gently rolled in a rigid mailing tube for safe travel. Professional framing is recommended.
Please note that I retain all rights to artwork, including previously sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork. Artwork purchased may not be copied, printed, reproduced and/or distributed by any method, for any reason without written permission from the artist.

We are happy to assist with estimating yardage for simple installations. Please send an email to sales@kellyventura.com. Include the pattern, your room dimensions and wall height. We do recommend a professional to measure and provide a yardage estimate before placing a final order.
The $75 set up fee applies to any wallpaper ordered under 30 yards. For example, if you place an order for 15 yards of one item and 20 yards of another, you will be charged 2 set up fees, or $150.
Our wallpaper and digitally printed fabric are made to order. Our printer keeps a cutting on hand from each order. When placing a re-order, please reference the previous order so that the printer can match to your cutting. Although variables exist that do prevent an exact match, we do our very best. Enough wallpaper should be ordered so that the two dye lots are not installed side by side on a flat wall. The paperhanger should always merge the two lots in a discrete location, such as in a corner or around a window, and order more if necessary to allow for this.
We can modify colors to existing designs, but we do not offer customized patterns. Please send an email to sales@kellyventura.com. Please provide your desired color changes with a pantone chip or a paint swatch. We require a 30 yard minimum order for customization and a $350 fee applies. This will include a digital mock up and a physical strike off for approval. Lead time to get your strike off is around 5-8 weeks.
We recommend using our printed fabric for lightly used pieces such as pillows, drapes, headboards, ottomans and benches. For heavily used pieces such as sofas and dining chairs, we recommend our woven fabrics or backing and/or pre-treating our textiles prior to fabrication.
