Shipping

Art Prints:

All prints are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS or UPS, in a rigid flat-mailer or tube depending on size. Please allow 5-7 business days for printing plus transit time. 

Wallpaper Rolls:

Once production is complete, orders are shipped via UPS 2–3 Day Service with no signature required. If you prefer to require a signature upon delivery, please email sales@kellyventura.com with your order number at the time of purchase. Please note that overnight shipping is not available. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Fabric and Grasscloth:

Once your order is produced, or if in stock, cut and prepared, it is shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground Service with no signature required. If you prefer to require a signature upon delivery, please email sales@kellyventura.com with your order number at the time of purchase. Shipping speed will vary based on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
